INGREDIENTS
+Chicken(boiled and shredded)-1/2 cup
Carrots(chopped)- 1/2 cup(chopped)
French Beans -1/2 cup(chopped)
Capsicum -1/4 cup(chopped)
Green Peas - 1/4 cup(chopped)
Mushroom - 1/4 cup(sliced)
Spring onions - 1/2 cup(chopped)
Cabbage - 1/2 cup(shredded)
Celery - 1 tsp
Ajinomoto - 1/4 tsp
Ginger - 1 tbsp(chopped)
Garlic - 1 tbsp(chopped)
Green chillies - 1 tsp(chopped)
Chicken broth - 1 can Chicken Seasoning - 1 cube
Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
Pepper powder - 1 tsp .
Cornstarch - 3 tablespoons .
Shrimp(cooked)-1/4 cup(optional)
Salt - to taste
(Can also baby corns / corn add to the vegetables)
COOKING DIRECTIONS
Heat the oil . Fry peppers , celery , garlic and ginger for 2 minutes on high heat . Add all the vegetables and stir fry for 2 minutes on high heat .
Add chicken broth / seasoning cube , water ( as required) , soy sauce , pepper powder , Ajinomoto , salt and chicken / shrimp and bring to the boil .
Reduce heat and add cornstarch paste . Keep stiring until soup thickens slightly . Remove from heat after 5 minutes .
Serve hot with fried noodles . For garnish use spring onions .
