Fresh Chocolate Hazelnut Groups
Ingredients
6 Fresh ounces white chocolate
Graham crackers 3 1/2 ounces
Brazil nuts 1 cup
Preserved ginger (chopped) 1 ounce
6 grams of dark chocolate
How to prepare
Line a baking tray with baking parchment.
Break the white chocolate into small pieces and melt in a double boiler.
Graham crackers broken into small pieces.
Move graham crackers in the melted chocolate, along with chopped nuts and ginger preserved, in the case of use.
Put heaping tablespoons of the mixture on a baking sheet stomach.
Chill the mixture in the refrigerator until set, then carefully remove groups of baking parchment.
Melt dark chocolate and allow to cool slightly.
Drop the blocks in the melted chocolate, letting excess drip solution back into the pot.
Back groups from cookie sheet and chill in the refrigerator until set.
