Saudi Chicken Kabsa
INGREDIENTS
Green cardamom ¼ teaspoon
½ teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon garam masala
½ teaspoon black pepper
1/4tsp nutmeg

8 pieces of chicken
Rice2 cups basmati
½ cup oil
1 medium onion
2 garlic cloves
4-5 slices of lemon
tomato paste 2
Salt1 1/2 tsp
Raisin 2
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Heat oil in a pan and add 8 pieces of chicken, ½ cup onion, 2 cloves of garlic, 2 tablespoons tomato paste, salt, 1/4 tsp green cardamom, ½ teaspoon cinnamon, 1/2 teaspoon garam masala, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper ¼ teaspoon nutmeg and 4-5 cups of water and cook on low flame.
When you are ready, then separated chicken stock inventory.
Now add the soaked rice and cook in stock prepared.
Add lemon slices, 1 tablespoon raisins and then keep on cooking
Grilled chicken in a pan.
Handing out rice on serving platter and garnish with a dry rice.Garnish little chicken and serve
