Saudi Chicken Kabsa

INGREDIENTS
Green cardamom ¼ teaspoon
½ teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon garam masala
½ teaspoon black pepper
1/4tsp nutmeg

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
